It's super easy! Just head to our booking page, select your preferred date and time, choose your service package, and you're all set. You'll receive an instant confirmation with all the details.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. During peak real estate season (spring and summer), booking 3-5 days ahead is even better. But hey, we get it – sometimes you need photos ASAP. Give us a call, and we'll do our best to squeeze you in!

Life happens! You can reschedule directly through our booking system up to 24 hours before your shoot. If it's less than 24 hours, just give us a quick call or text, and we'll work something out.

Absolutely! We know the real estate world doesn't stop for weekends. We're available seven days a week, including those twilight shoots that make listings pop.

Nope! Our pricing is transparent and includes everything – shooting, editing, and delivery. The price you see is the price you pay. (Note: Travel beyond 25 miles from Bend may incur an additional fee - see our travel section below.)

We cover all of beautiful Central Oregon! This includes Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville, Madras, and everywhere in between. Love those ranch properties out in the high desert!

Travel within 25 miles of Bend is included in our pricing – no extra charge! For properties beyond that radius, we add a small travel fee based on distance. Just let us know the property address when booking, and we'll let you know if any travel fees apply. We're always transparent about costs upfront!

We pride ourselves on our 24-hour turnaround for photos! You'll have your stunning images by the next morning. Videos and more complex services like virtual tours typically take 48 hours.

Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, perfect for MLS uploads and marketing materials. Videos come in .mov format at 4K resolution, plus we provide versions optimized for social media. Please note: We do not provide RAW files under any circumstances – our professional editing is part of what makes your listings shine!

We store your media for at least 6 months on our servers. But we always recommend downloading and backing up your files right away. After all, you never know when you might need that perfect sunset shot again!

Not necessarily! Many agents prefer to give us the lockbox code and let us work our magic. But if you'd like to be there (or if it's a tenant-occupied property), we're happy to have you. Some agents use shoot time to catch up on emails from the kitchen table!

We love furry friends, but they're usually happiest taking a walk or hanging out in the garage during the shoot. Those wagging tails can create some... interesting blur effects in photos!

Oregon weather can be... unpredictable. For most interior shoots, weather doesn't matter. For exteriors and aerials, we'll keep an eye on conditions. If we need to reschedule due to weather, there's no charge or penalty. We want your property looking its absolute best!

Absolutely! Our pilots are FAA-certified and fully insured. We handle all the regulations and airspace checks so you don't have to worry about a thing.

We'll check this before your shoot. If we can't fly due to restrictions (like proximity to an airport), we'll let you know right away and suggest alternatives, like elevated pole photography.

Yes! Once we deliver your media, you have full usage rights for all your marketing needs – MLS, social media, websites, flyers, billboards, skywriting (okay, maybe not that last one, but you get the idea).

Minor tweaks? Just ask! We include reasonable revision requests within 48 hours of delivery. If you need something more extensive later on, we can chat about options.

We perform standard edits on all photos (color correction, sky replacement when needed, etc.). For special requests like object removal or virtual staging, just ask – we've got solutions!
